It is alrightto keep 1-2 cups of caffeine in your diet, however, in regards to sugar, the ultimate goal is to have the least amount possible on a daily basis. Processed sugar is known to wreak havoc on your body and destroy your weight loss efforts. So instead, use it as a cheat meal, rather than a daily indulgence.

#2. Get more sleep.
It’s a difficult recommendation for some, but you will need extra rest during the first few days of your transition away from caffeine and sugar.
On these substances your body is used to being stimulated by an artificial substance to wake you up and give you energy, so it will take a few days for your body to get back to doing this on its own.
The great news is that once you do get over the short detox period, you’ll have natural energy throughout the day, every day! No more hitting the snooze button before prying yourself out of bed – you’ll wake up feeling rested and ready to take on the day. No more 3 pm sugar cravings that only makes you feel regretful after downing a candy bar to get through those last couple of hours.

#3: Drink water with freshly squeezed lemon.
Increasing your water intake will help your body’s recovery process during detox. Be sure you’re getting at least ½ of your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water each day, if not more. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, you need 75 ounces of water daily.
The secret is adding freshly squeezed lemon juice to help flush out toxins faster. Lemons actually increase the rate of urination in the body which means the toxins are releasing at a faster rate and that helps keep your urinary tract healthy.
